you require parts for any of your salon equipment or products
please check the following Parts List. Please check your warranty
to ensure that your parts are covered and/or still under the
warranty period. All parts not under warranty will require

Service

All
Technical Service issues are handled by the manufacturer's
technical support department. Many issues can be resolved
by troubleshooting over the phone; however, if it is not possible,
a dependable local contractor will be provided or we will
make contact for you. It is also advised to make note of the
original contractor which had inititally installed your product,
since they will be most familiar with the installation. Any
service performed without the manufacturers authorization
will void the warranty of your product. Service costs may
not be covered by warranty.
